I've used The Law Offices of Stephan Rios a few times over the past 30 years. This office has always resolved any issues I had in a quick timely and professional manner. I would absolutely recommend his office to handle any legal issues you may have as he has been working within the Orange County Court System for many many years.

Nothing to do with the business but he was cursing all the pedestrians that were crossing outside his office! So many kids and families and he was calling them all sorts of name. Not sure how you can have a business in that type of area and treat people like that.

First you WON'T find a better attorney than Stephen M. Rios! He is well respected in his field. He is thorough and will get the job done with complete and utter satisfaction. I went through such a very nasty 5 year divorce, that it wasn't even fun or funny. On the brink of many nervous breakdowns throughout this process, Steve was nothing but professional and supportive. Steve explained things that he would was going to do to counter the complaints, false accusations, and led me through the process that I felt confident I was in good hands. When I was on the witness stand he made my case rock solid. He was always there for me and will be for you too. I've seen how other attorneys approached him. Like I said, he is well-respected in his field. I believe after watching him in action that other attorneys knew they had their work cut out for them. I am blessed that I met Steve and that he will forever be in our lives (my daughter and I). Even at the age of 10 through 15 my daughter recognized too how valuable Steve was in helping her. I wanted to get a court appointed attorney for her since she wasn't being heard. She had a medical condition that her father was prohibiting her from getting her medication and it was destroying her ability to function and get a good education. Through Steve's help we got a court appointed psychiatrist to evaluate her and make a decision that helped her in her life. Without this intervention she would have had so many struggles and she was a gifted and sweet child. Through the process Steve made the case clear through evidence and the law that helped secure her future as a happy one. Today she is a functioning adult and it would not have been the case had Steve not been the absolute best attorney around to help. It's sad that parents use children to gain control. I wanted our daughter's voice heard and in the end, she was heard with the help of Steve's guidance and legal advice and ability in the courtroom to do what is right and make our legal case a strong one. Mr. Rios attended Berkeley at Boalt Hall and the level of intelligence and strategic analysis capability required to attend that particular school of law was apparent in every step of his representation of me. Beyond his genius, he is supportive and kind but also pragmatic. Mr. Rios had me prepared emotionally and with the appropriate legal elements required to win my case.

In trial, he was above reproach. Watching the way in which he approached witnesses was a lesson in civics. His strategy was layered; every point he made was a 2x4 with which he built a house that ensured my success. When the judge issued my orders granting me a 5-year permanent restraining order, the other petitioners and respondents in the courtroom clapped. One petitioner followed us out of the courtroom for his business card and asked to hire him on the spot; 2 others followed me downstairs and got his card so that they could hire him as well.

I cannot recommend him enough or ever thank him enough. Words are simply inadequate. If anyone was to find themselves in their own criminal situation, or one involving a criminal or threatening person, I can say without hesitation, Stephen M Rios is your champion. He is certainly mine.
